Every Alidi Homes project is priced on your built-up area — no hidden fees, no surprises. Here's how our pricing works, from the first consultation to the full design package.
Consultation fees
Before any design work begins, we visit your site — to understand the land, the light, the neighbourhood, and your vision. Fees are tiered by your home's total built-up area across all floors, and fully credited toward your design package when you proceed.

How design packages are priced
Design fees are based on the size and scope of your project, so you only pay for the work your home actually needs. You'll receive a clear written estimate after your consultation — before any design work begins.
Architecture & Exterior Design
Concept design, exterior elevations, floor plans, site layout, and photorealistic 3D renderings of your completed home. Priced on your total built-up area per floor.
Interior Design
Full interior design covering spatial planning, material palettes, furniture layout, lighting concept, joinery details, and photorealistic renderings for every room. Priced on your total built-up area.
Landscape Design
Gardens, terraces, and outdoor living spaces designed to extend your home into the landscape. Priced on the outdoor area you'd like designed.
Animated 3D Walkthrough
A cinematic tour of your home before a single brick is laid — the closest thing to moving in before construction begins. Available as an add-on to your design package.
The Bundle
Most of our clients commission architectural and interior design together — and we think that's the right way to work. Commission both together and your estimate reflects the saving automatically.
